Our stunning villa is located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset Lakes. This "Top of the range location", with luxury houses situated around two private lakes, is truly just 3 miles from Walt Disney World.

Its proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the theme parks/shopping in the evenings.

This beautiful property overlooks the larger of the two lakes from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony. The pool area also boosts an oversized deck giving you and your family plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers.

Although we get all the Florida sunshine all day on our pool and patio, we do have an area of shade all day for outside dining. This is also great for babies/children and those who don't like too much sunshine. Not all villas have this.

It is very private at the rear of the home making it perfect for breakfasting or dining 'Alfresco'. We have a patio table, with seating, on the deck. The spa, with a waterfall feature, is great for smaller children and babies.

The fabulous lake view from the patio helps you forget for a while that you are in the vacation capital of the world... Sunset Lakes is a real retreat from the hustle and bustle of Disney and Orlando.

A few minutes drive away there are numberous quality restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets.

Sunset Lakes has its own community swimming pool and children’s playground. Parking is allowed off street.

Sunset Lakes is located just off the more desirable 192 West.
